Perception Analyzer Demonstration - March 20, 2001

So, you've been reading about the Perception Analyzer in our past two newsletters and now you are bursting with curiosity as to how it can work for you.

WestGroup will be demonstrating how the Perception Analyzer can enhance the information you collect during focus groups. We will be holding two focus groups on service quality that will utilize many of the Perception Analyzer features.

Clients will have the opportunity to experience Perception Analyzer technology firsthand from both a participant and a viewer/client perspective. First you will try out the dials yourself and then you will get to view an actual group and experience the real time observer feedback benefit of PA. We will be holding a late afternoon group and an early evening group on March 20th.
