Wendy Huck Godfrey has joined WestGroup Research!

Wendy Huck Godfrey recently joined the WestGroup team of analysts. Wendy specializes in consumer and business issues for the financial industry.

Prior to joining WestGroup, Wendy was an independent research consultant working with such companies as Bank One, AZ; First Hawaiian Bank; First National Bank & Trust (Ashboro, NC); SRP; and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).

Before starting her own business in 1997, Wendy spent 17 years in banking, 13 of those with Bank One/Valley National Bank, where she held management positions in marketing research and sales and service management.

Wendy's areas of expertise include customer segmentation, customer retention and loyalty, customer profitability, and marketing plan development.
