WestGroup’s 14,000 sq. ft. Phoenix facility houses our corporate offices, data collection facility and focus group facilities. We are centrally located at 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix, convenient to all parts of the Valley of the Sun. Only 3 miles (and less than 10 minutes) from Sky Harbor International Airport, WestGroup is also within a few minutes’ drive of the Downtown, Uptown and Camelback business corridors, Scottsdale and the east valley.

Our downstairs focus group facilities are perfect for all your focus group or mock jury needs, including two complete research suites, each with separate focus rooms, viewing rooms and client lounges. Viewing rooms comfortably accommodate up to 15 observers, and the proceedings are also viewable via large-screen televisions in each client lounge. The client area is completely separate from participants, and features a private entrance/exit and restrooms.

Our spacious participant waiting area also doubles as our Omni Multi-Purpose room, with capacity for large groups of up to 75 participants in a theatre-style seating configuration. The Omega focus group suite doubles as a viewing room for the mega-group area, complete with one-way mirror and seating for 20 or more observers.

Our 70-station Data Collection facilitiy occupies most of the 2nd floor, along with staff offices, data processing and coding departments.
