WestGroup’s headquarters and qualitative research facility are centrally located at 44th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix, convenient to all parts of the Valley of the Sun. Only 3 miles (and less than 10 minutes) from Sky Harbor International Airport, WestGroup is also within a few minutes’ drive of the Downtown, Uptown and Camelback business corridors, Scottsdale and the east valley.

Our facilities are perfect for all your focus group or mock jury needs, including two complete research suites, each with separate focus rooms, viewing rooms and client lounges. Viewing rooms comfortably accommodate up to 15 observers, and the proceedings are also viewable via large-screen televisions in each client lounge. The client area is completely separate from participants, and features a private entrance/exit and restrooms.

Our spacious participant waiting area also doubles as a ‘mega-group’ room, with capacity for large groups of up to 75 participants in a theatre-style seating configuration. The Omega focus group suite doubles as a viewing room for the mega-group area, complete with one-way mirror and seating for 20 or more observers.

Groups are recorded on standard audio cassettes, as well as two different types of digital video: Standard ‘consumer’ DVD format and a digital format compatible with PC-based editing programs. These recordings are included in the facility rental cost.
