WestGroup’s headquarters and qualitative research facility are centrally located on 44th Street north of Thomas Road in Phoenix, convenient to all parts of the Valley of the Sun. Only 3 miles (and less than 10 minutes) from Sky Harbor International Airport, WestGroup is also within a few minutes’ drive of the Downtown, Uptown and Camelback business corridors, Scottsdale and the east valley.

Our facilities are perfect for all your focus group or mock jury needs, including traditional, 'mega-room' and breakout rooms, viewing rooms and a client lounge. Viewing rooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 observers, and the proceedings are also viewable via large-screen televisions in the client lounge.

Our spacious participant waiting area also doubles as a ‘mega-group’ room, with capacity for large groups of up to 50 participants in a theatre-style seating configuration. The mega-room has it's own as a viewing room for the mega-group area, complete with one-way mirror and seating for 12 or more observers.

Digital audio and video recordings are included in the facility rental cost, and can be provided on a variety of digital formats.
