The Omni Multi-Purpose room serves many different functions at WestGroup. Typically, this area is used as a registration and waiting area for focus group participants. The large space allows plenty of room for participants, even with simultaneous groups being conducted in the Alpha and Omega suites.

The Omni room is also perfect for 'mega groups', meetings, or virtually any configuration you can imagine, with the Omega Focus Group room transormed into a viewing room for these sessions. (Note one-way mirror at right). This room can hold up to 75 respondents auditorium-style, 50+ in a classroom setting, and has also been used to test designs of major appliances.
