10. Internet research can reach large numbers of people and collect data in a very short timeframe. It also makes it possible to show or demonstrate ads or ideas. The challenge is to get a representative sample, either by using targeted email lists, or by recruiting participation. For good representation of the general public it is still better to do surveys in traditional methods. But for specific needs, the Internet is rapidly becoming an effective resource. How appropriate do you think using Internet research is for the following?
