Web Surveys

Web surveys are the fastest-growing data collection method, and WestGroup offers a complete package of top-line online services.  Any web survey is only as good as the design and analysis...although it may be tempting to try the ‘DIY' approach, we recommend trusting the professionals for all but the simplest web surveys.  Typical projects that work well with a web survey format include:

  • Open-ended questions requiring manual coding (without manual coding, web surveys with large sample sizes are very cost-effective)
