Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Chooses
WestGroup Research for Service Quality Studies
PHOENIX - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) has chosen WestGroup Research of Phoenix to conduct a variety of customer service focused research projects in the upcoming year. WestGroup has conducted research for BCBSAZ since the mid 1980s, and the two have had an ongoing relationship since 1998.
WestGroup currently performs service quality and customer satisfaction studies involving BCBSAZ group and individual policyholders, group benefits administrators, insurance brokers, physicians, and hospital executives.
Other WestGroup clients include SRP, Valley Metro/RPTA, and the EB Lane and Riester Robb advertising agencies.
