More than One of Four Arizona Residents Have Made Purchases over the
Internet

Question: Have you ever purchased anything over the Internet?
Each of the following questions was asked of the 109 respondents who
said they had purchased something on the Internet.

Would you say you purchase goods and services through the Internet
often, sometimes, rarely or never?

Would you rate your experiences of buying goods and services
through the Internet as excellent, very good, good, fair, poor or
very poor?

Which of the following items have you purchased through the Internet?
Airline tickets, books, CDs or audiotapes, clothing, tickets to concerts
or plays, videotapes, movie tickets.

In the past year, approximately how many times have you purchased
something through an online auction such as E-Bay on the Internet?

And, how many times have you purchased something by making an
offer through a buying service like Priceline in the past year?
