WestGroup Interviewing Center, located at the Phoenix headquarters, has
50 stations manned by interviewers and monitored by supervisors who have
lengthy and varied experience with local and national projects.

Telephone data collection is accomplished through CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing) utilizing the popular 'Ci3' interviewing programs and ACS Query.
