Beth Aguirre-Smith, National Field Director / Vice President
As National Field Director, Beth manages data collection
for WestGroup's national clients: interviewing, auditing, focus groups,
and service quality evaluation. Beth's diverse experience in fielding
projects also makes her a valuable resource in designing data collection
approaches in support of WestGroup's other project directors.
Beth joined WestGroup in conjunction with the merging of Ask Arizona operations into WestGroup Research. She was General Manager and Field Director of Ask Arizona for ten years. In this position, she was responsible for all phases of its operation. Before joining Ask Arizona in 1984, Beth worked for Behavior Research and Larkin Marketing and Research.
Beth also serves on the WestGroup Research Board of Directors and is an owner of the corporation.
Beth is very active in the Marketing Research Association.
