Kathryn A. DeBoer, Vice President
Kathy provides service to clients from a wide range of industries.
Her areas of expertise include Advertising, Transportation, Healthcare,
and Community Attitude research. Kathy consults with clients, designs
and manages research projects, moderates focus groups, analyses results,
and provides action recommendations.
Prior to joining WestGroup, Kathy served as a research analyst and research psychologist for Arizona-based marketing research firms where she was responsible for all phases of survey design, analysis, and presentation. She has unique training in analysis of qualitative data from telephone studies, in-home survey research, and focus groups.
President of the Phoenix chapter of the American Marketing Association in 1989-90, Kathy also is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants' Association, International Telework Association and Council, and Valley Forward. She has published two articles on human information processing and one article on Market Segmentation Analysis in professional journals. Kathy has made several presentations at local, regional and national conferences on several topics.
Kathy has a BA from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan and an MA in Human Factors Psychology from Arizona State University.
