Mary McCoy, Office Manager
Mary McCoy is the office manager for WestGroup Research.
During her tenure at WestGroup Mary has been a mystery shopper, conducted intercepts, managed and supervised our mystery shops, and was the focus group facility manager at our old location. Mary's duties include account receivables, negotiating service contracts and supervising the office staff.
Mary's background is in nursing. She was a Practical Nurse in 1973 and in 1976 she left nursing and to stay home and raise her children. In 1991 she decided to go back to work and came to WestGroup to temporarily help Glenn Iwata and she has been with us ever since.
