Norma Voss, Focus Group Coordinator
Norma joined WestGroup as our receptionist in 1997. Norma accepted the added responsibility of hosting focus groups in 1998 and then slowly began providing additional support services to focus group projects. Recently, Norma was promoted to her current position as our full-time focus group coordinator. In this comprehensive role, Norma assists our national field director, Beth Aguirre-Smith, with the overall planning and coordination of focus groups. She handles participant correspondence, catering management, and client requests. Norma also continues to serve as head hostess for focus groups.
For the past three years, Norma has offered tremendous support to WestGroup’s management staff. In addition to greeting our clients and scheduling meetings and focus groups, Norma regularly lends her meticulous proofreading skills to everyone.
Prior to joining WestGroup, Norma taught elementary school for several years.
Norma received a B.A. in Elementary Education with minors in Sociology and Psychology from Dordt College in Iowa.
