Stephanie
E. Apostol, Analyst
Stephanie works directly with the Project Directors of WestGroup in the administration, coordination, analysis and reporting of research. She consults with clients, interacts with field personnel, analyzes data and develops final reports.
Since 1998, Stephanie has worked under the direction of several Project Directors. During this time she has gained in-depth research experience in transportation, media, advertising, recreation and other industries. She has co-managed the Arizona Lottery research since 1999.
Dynamic and creative, Stephanie serves as Editor-in-Chief of Answers, our quarterly newsletter. Stephanie is the current President of the Phoenix chapter of the American Marketing Association. Stephanie also occasionally guest lectures market research and business classes at ASU and other area universities.
A graduate of Penn State University, Stephanie received a B.S. in Psychology in 1992. She completed her MBA at the University of Phoenix in 2000.
Prior to joining WestGroup, Stephanie was the Director of Research for a national research firm focused on mystery shopping, customer satisfaction research, and sales and customer service training.
